This catalogue is compiled as a record of 'A Shelter for Architecture' event, presented by the Greek Institute of Architects in New York [GIANY], in April 2016 at the Consulate General of Greece in New York. This book is an attempt for a comprehensive documentation of that dense event, featuring the anthology of the projects that were presented and the thoughts that emerged during that evening. It provides a constant gathering place for these ideas: 'A Shelter for Architecture' catalogue is thus a composite of ideas – a shelter for ideas, in its essence.

'A Shelter for Architecture' includes contributions from:

Emanuel Admassu, Alberto Altamirano, Georgia Anagnostopoulou, Eirini Anthouli, Maria Avramidou, Marcello Bardi , Rachel Barnard, Mark J.
